The Higgins Center is a unique approach to parapsychology. Designed as a consortium it is the melding of talents and experience in order to develop and promote psi. Though each organization operates independently and is completely autonomous, they work together to share ideas, concepts, research, and expertise. At no time in the history of parapsychology has such a high level of cooperation been attempted or achieved. Located in scenic Hillsdale New Jersey, The Higgins Center is comprised of four separate and distinct groups:
